      <MainHeadline>Abstract</MainHeadline>
      <Pgraph>Within the frameworks of the Oncology Concerts <Mark1>interactive live vocal and instrumental concerts</Mark1> are organized for children treated in the Oncology Department of Paediatrics of Medical and Health Science Centre of Debrecen University. Besides the children the target audience consists of relatives of the patients, the medical staff (doctors, nurses, supporting personnel), medical students and students of music. The concerts are organized <Mark1>biweekly</Mark1>. Their duration is 30 minutes per occasion. The repertoire consists of: <Mark1>musical fairy tales</Mark1>, what the children can use to experience the successful fight with the Enemy (in this case the Illness), pieces of <Mark1>classical music</Mark1> helping to dissolve emotional and communicational inhibitions and pieces of <Mark1>light music</Mark1> causing released, cathartic state. </Pgraph>
      <Pgraph>The <Mark1>main aims</Mark1> of the program:</Pgraph>

          <ListItem level="1">Development of coping mechanisms,</ListItem>
          <ListItem level="1">Reducing fear and tension,</ListItem>
          <ListItem level="1">Promoting the feeling of success focusing the following areas:</ListItem>
